Shift : 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Night Shift), Every Other Sunday Role purpose

Leadership & Supervision : Lead by example and uphold Ginger Cove standards. Resident Care Oversight : Conduct rounds every two hours to ensure high-quality care. Team Collaboration : Assess nursing priorities, communicate with staff, ensure efficient unit performance. Medication & Treatment Oversight : Safeguard safe administration of medications and treatments. Staff & Performance Management : Monitor and guide nursing care and staff performance. Compliance & Documentation : Ensure adherence to regulations (HIPAA and privacy). Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred Current RN License
in the state of Maryland AANAC certification (required) CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain prior to employment) At least 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting Experience working with senior communities and
Alzheimer’s or dementia care Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Benefits, Bonus and Incentive Programs
