The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) is a member of the interdisciplinary team that supports clients in their recovery journey. The Licensed Nurse provides nursing care to clients in treatment planning, medication administration, assessments, and support according to physicians’ orders and applicable client care standards within their scope of practice. Full-Time: PM & Overnight On-Call Qualifications
Current licensure in California as an LVN or LPT. Previous experience in mental health nursing is preferred. Knowledge of DBT, WRAP, and Psychosocial Rehabilitation Principles is preferred. Compensation and Benefits

Mental Health Rehabilitation Centers (MHRCs) provide psychosocial rehabilitation programs in secure, residential settings with a focus on brief lengths of stay. Crestwood supports clients who speak Vietnamese or Spanish as a first language and offers programs in native languages. The Crestwood Center San Jose Psychiatric Health Facility (PHF) is on our San Jose campus near Santa Clara County services, featuring a welcoming environment and spaces for living, visiting, serenity, dining, and recovery goals. The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity. Pay Range:
