Pay and Compensation
Base pay range
$85,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Compensation
$85,000-$120,000k OTE; Competitive weekly pay, including base salary, uncapped commission, overrides, and bonuses.
Responsibilities
Generate sales appointments with prospective customers at their home Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience Participate in daily in-office training camps focused on increasing earning potential, team building and mentorship from leaders Support Solar Account Executives through effective communication and note taking Exceed personal sales targets Review team performance and provide ongoing training Provide daily training sessions Motivate and inspire the team to achieve their best
