The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager role is an active one where you’re on your feet, coordinating multiple team members, and problem-solving in real time. Our Restaurant / Entertainment Managers assist the General Manager with all aspects of the center and its management. In the General Manager’s absence, they’re the ones who hold down the fort, assuming responsibility for all center and floor management, from entertainment to Food & Beverage to the property and its equipment as a whole. Amid all their day-to-day, our Restaurant / Entertainment Managers maintain an unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction and a dedication to developing the team’s hourly staff. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Get a glimpse of all you’ll experience as a Restaurant/Hospitality Manager — Make guests a priority and deliver exceptional service; solicit feedback and address guest concerns.
Never stop improving — Continually hone operational execution; schedule staffing to meet center needs and maximize guest experience.
Take every opportunity — Capitalize on business opportunities by executing marketing strategies to drive sales (leagues, open play bowling, etc.).
Partner with leagues — Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers; adhere to league formats, distribute league announcements, and perform related administrative duties.
Assemble an all-star team — Recruit, hire, train, and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff.
Show off management skills — Lead the team, motivate, delegate, and maximize guest satisfaction and center productivity.
Drive Food & Beverage sales — Oversee and expand the center’s F&B program; ensure high quality standards and guest satisfaction; provide training to ensure consistent execution of corporate initiatives.
Remain flexible — Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed by the center.
Who You Are As a committed member of the team, you’re ready to fill in for the General Manager as needed. You have strong guest service sensibility and interpersonal skills. You’re flexible enough for extended workdays, nights, weekends, and holidays. You’re a dedicated team player who can develop talent and are looking to advance toward becoming a General Manager.
Desired Skills
2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
Bachelor’s degree
Ability to supervise center operations staff
Strong team player
Exceptional “People Developer”
Customer service pro
Knowledge of POS register systems
Work Environment / Physical Demands
Typical entertainment environment where you will walk, bend and stand for periods of time, and may lift objects with some assistance.

Compensation and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 to $27.00.
