Position overview:
Senior Manager, Quality Systems (QMS/IMS) - QHSE | Corporate BMS Owner or Senior Manager, QHSE (Corporate BMS owner). This pivotal corporate role will oversee the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of XNRGY’s Business Management System (BMS), which integrates People (roles & responsibilities), Processes, and Systems. Acting as the right-hand to the Director of PMO, QHSE, and Service, the Senior Manager ensures alignment between business processes and strategic priorities across all sites. Senior Manager, Quality Systems (QMS/IMS) | Corporate BMS Owner
is responsible for the adequacy, consistency, and evolution of the XNRGY Business Management System. This centralized role manages the “business recipe” and provides guidance and tools to local leaders and matrixed teams responsible for execution. The manager supports Quality Engineers across all manufacturing sites, ensures corporate visibility on product and supplier-related quality events, and leads the response to internal and external inquiries about the BMS. This includes supporting external audits, customer requests, and strategic initiatives such as system implementations or major process transformations. The

also oversees performance monitoring, process efficiency, and continuous improvement in collaboration with process owners. All HSE aspects are treated as integral business processes, with site-level HSE resources reporting via dotted line to this central function. Responsibilities
Strategic Oversight & Governance:
Ensure BMS reflects business objectives and strategic priorities. Maintain BMS structure across People, Processes, and Systems. Lead corporate initiatives (e.g., system implementations, process evolution). Operational Support & Leadership:
Guide site Quality Engineers and ensure cross-site alignment. Act as corporate contact for product/supplier quality events. Support audits and customer inquiries related to the BMS. HSE Integration:
Oversee integration of HSE processes within the BMS. Provide direction to site-level HSE resources. Ensure consistency and compliance across sites. Manage 3 BMS Quality Engineers (one per site). Supervise 1 Strategic Project Lead and 1 HSE Service Lead. Foster accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence. First 12 months
Team Integration:
Establish clear roles and collaboration models across sites. Performance Framework:
Launch KPI dashboards and BMS governance reporting tools. Strategic Execution:
Support major initiatives including system rollouts and process redesigns. Candidate profile

Minimum 8–10 years in quality, operations, or business systems leadership (manufacturing/HVAC required). Bachelor’s in engineering, business, or related field (Master’s or certifications like Six Sigma Black Belt, ISO Lead Auditor are assets). Strong knowledge of ERP, PLM, CRM, LMS platforms.
