This is a hybrid role based out of one of our hubs located in New York, NY, Loveland, CO, or Fountain Valley, CA. The target pay range for this position is $125,000 - $156,000. Position overview: As the Global Senior Manager - Talent Inclusion & Diversity for Mars Science & Diagnostics (SDx), you’ll lead the operational execution of talent management processes and inclusion and diversity (I&D) programs — ensuring they are well-run, data-driven, and future-focused. This role reports to and partners with the VP, Talent and Corporate People & Organization (P&O). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, loves turning ideas into action, and wants to make a measurable difference in how talent and inclusion come to life across the organization. Responsibilities
Talent Management: partner with the VP, Talent and Corporate P&O to bring the talent strategy to life, ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement; drive preparation for Leadership Team Talent sessions from pre-work to data consolidation to materials that provide insight, clarity, and action; manage succession planning data and metrics for quarterly and annual reviews; support Talent Development Reviews (TDRs), talent pipeline efforts, and initiatives such as mentoring, career storytelling, and development frameworks; act as a proxy for the VP when needed to ensure continuity and coverage. Inclusion & Diversity: co-create the global I&D strategy for SDx with the VP, align with the broader Mars ecosystem, and reflect SDx’s culture and priorities; represent SDx in North America I&D leadership forums and cross-segment collaborations; partner with Data & Analytics to design and operationalize I&D metrics, dashboards, and insights; lead the operational deployment of I&D initiatives including programs, learning, events, and communications; oversee Associate Resource Group (ARG) frameworks and activation across SDx in partnership with the global I&D COE. Additional Contributions: support broader P&O transformation initiatives to drive efficiency, consistency, and impact; bring forward creative ideas and best practices to continuously enhance talent and inclusion globally. Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field. 6+ years of experience in talent management, HR, or organizational planning. Demonstrated experience in Inclusion & Diversity program management (preferred). Proven ability to manage complex projects and influence across functions; PMO experience is a strong plus. Proactive mindset, strong analytical and communication skills, and a passion for making work more meaningful and inclusive. About Antech
