As our
Supply Chain Manager , you’ll orchestrate the movement of materials, packaging, and products that keep our operations running smoothly. From forecasting and purchasing to vendor relationships and logistics, you’ll ensure the right materials get to the right place — on time, every time. This isn’t a “sit back and manage spreadsheets” role — it’s a hands-on position where strategy meets execution. You’ll work cross-functionally with procurement, manufacturing, extraction, marketing, and logistics to keep our supply chain lean, agile, and future-ready. What You’ll Do
Design and execute smart procurement and inventory strategies that balance cost, quality, and timing. Build and maintain strong vendor relationships — from negotiation to performance tracking. Use
Odoo ERP
and other tools to monitor inventory levels, forecast needs, and drive data-informed decisions. Oversee packaging and materials sourcing for new product launches and expansion into new markets. Manage shipping logistics for out-of-state partners and hemp operations. Coordinate sample runs, packaging approvals, and promotional material shipments. Support cross-functional projects, including licensing, compliance, and new market rollouts. Lead, mentor, and develop your team of supply chain technicians and leads. What You Bring
Required: 3+ years in a GMP or food manufacturing environment Experience using ERP systems (Odoo preferred) Strong problem-solving and communication skills Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends if needed Must be 21+ and eligible to work in the U.S. Preferred: 3+ years of direct supply chain management experience Prior warehouse, inventory, or logistics background Supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing setting Familiarity with cannabis or consumer packaged goods (CPG) operations You’ll be based at our Sacramento manufacturing campus — a fast-paced, clean, and compliant GMP facility where collaboration drives innovation.
