The Supply Chain Supervisor oversees the receipt, storage, distribution, and delivery of raw materials and finished products to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness. They confirm that all goods passing through TCCA production facilities and warehouses meet quality and food safety standards. The supervisor manages warehouse workload to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, overseeing all shifts including evenings. They work with the TCCA Safety Team to promote team member safety and ensure safety training compliance. Here’s a day in the life: Review and revise standard operating procedures (SOPs) covering the receipt, movement, storage, and shipping of raw materials and finished goods. Ensure that all employees are trained and follow SOPs. Track and monitor individual associates’ key performance indicators. Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and shipping for all shifts. Establish employee schedules. Ensure warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping meet SQF requirements. Schedule preventative maintenance for equipment utilized in the warehouse. Monitor overall warehouse capacity for all warehoused items. Suggest transfer movements based on inventory levels tracked on the weekly scorecard. Manage departmental expense budget within guidelines. Ensure all warehouse personnel are picking FEFO or as instructed to minimize short code product. Maintain departmental records and store securely in the records retention area per company policy. Coordinate with production, quality, customer service, planning, and transportation teams regularly to meet requirements and service expectations. Support the Distribution Team by auditing, supervising, and managing projects. Establish and maintain effective relationships with employees, supervisors, and the general public. Communicate effectively; demonstrate teamwork across levels of the organization. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint; knowledge of ERP systems. Act as a team player and interact with staff at all levels; work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Demonstrate time-management skills with the ability to work independently with little supervision. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of dairy/beverage/food logistics, warehousing, and transportation experience in a supervisory role. Physical requirements

Production environments with potentially crowded spaces and noisy areas; some areas may be dusty. Extreme temperatures in some areas. Requires standing for long periods, walking on uneven or slippery surfaces, stooping, bending, crouching, and climbing ladders and stairs. Operation of forklift or other power equipment; repetitive motion; lifting up to 60 pounds. Physical activity distribution: Standing 70%, Walking 10%, Lifting 15%, Climbing 5%.
