Role Description KREISS is looking for a full-time Procurement Manager to join the team at our flagship showroom. This is a full-time position located in our West Hollywood, CA location. This is a pivotal role ensuring all orders meet our custom specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate for this position is highly organized, extremely detail oriented, and has excellent communication skills. The work environment is fast‑paced with many ongoing responsibilities but also many last‑minute assignments that will need to be tackled as they arise. Someone who is both task‑driven and deadline oriented, but flexible and able to think on their feet will thrive in this position. The Procurement Manager supports all members of the sales team and is the main point of contact between the showrooms and production facilities.

Responsibilities

Draft highly detailed purchase orders for all furniture sales, working closely with the sales/design team to confirm all dimensions/fabrics/finishes/hardware/etc.

Follow up with the sales/design team and production to resolve any TBD line items on orders, including strike‑offs and CFAs.

Purchase all fabrics, accessories, rugs, linens, lighting etc. necessary to complete orders, track and log all open orders.

Coordinate with our draftsperson to create furniture elevations on all custom orders.

Submit invoices, space plans/drawings/furniture elevations, and disclaimer paperwork to clients via Docusign when orders are placed.

Perform quality control reviews for all furniture prior to shipment, verifying dimensions/fabrics/finishes/hardware/etc.

Monitor production lead times and help expedite orders to meet our lead time windows.

Act as point of contact between our sales and production teams as well as outside vendors to provide status updates.

Work with in‑house CRM system to log client information, assign and complete tasks.

Data Analytics.

Curate new vendor relationships with ease.

Qualifications

Relevant purchasing, production or quality control experience required.

Design Firm, Showroom, Retail or Furniture Manufacturing experience required.

Basic understanding of furniture specification drawings.

Proficiency in Google Suite Applications and Microsoft Office Suite.

Able to work at our West Hollywood Showroom and occasionally at our Los Angeles production facilities. This is NOT a remote position.

Comfortable signing and adhering to company's NDAs.

Possess a valid driver's license.
