Overview
Route Service Representative (4 Day Workweek) role at Cintas. This position involves managing and growing customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor role delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. Responsibilities
You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely Comply with driving and vehicle regulations What We Offer / Benefits

Requirements Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs Active driver's license Be at least 21 years of age Obtain a DOT medical certification Provide documentation regarding their previous employment All Successful Candidates Will Also Possess Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position High School diploma, GED or Military Service Strong customer service orientation Self-motivation and teamwork to meet goals Positive attitude, ambition, organization and service spirit Compensation
A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $45,000 - $90,000 per year and is a combination of base salary plus earned commissions. The range accounts for factors such as skill sets, experience, training, performance, and business needs. This disclosed range has not been adjusted for geographic differentials. Company Information
