Dominion Energy seeks an experienced attorney with a broad based corporate transactional law background and the skills and demeanor necessary to quickly learn and support a wide variety of Dominion Energy’s legal needs, including strong project development (including land use and real estate), mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and general commercial transactions experience. This position will have a significant role in the upfront development and ongoing contractual needs of both regulated and unregulated projects undertaken by Dominion Energy and its subsidiaries, including a broad range of renewable/clean energy projects (solar, wind, energy storage, nuclear). In addition, the position seeks experience in other corporate and transactional areas of the law, such as construction and maritime transactions. There is one position available and it will be filled at the counsel or senior counsel level, based on the successful candidates\' experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Responsibilities

Draft, review and negotiate agreements and provide transactional legal support and advice for the ongoing expansion of Dominion Energy’s energy portfolio (wind, solar, energy storage, nuclear and natural gas) and for other projects Advise internal clients on legal matters and strategies relating to commercial relationships and to commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, land use, real estate, and other development agreements as well as construction, supply chain, licensing, operation, maintenance, and maritime agreements Interact with regulatory counsel and provide transactional advice arising out of regulatory requirements Counsel internal clients on corporate governance issues and routine legal matters Work performed requires independent judgment and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience

Counsel

– 3+ years (or the equivalent) legal experience related to above responsibilities Senior Counsel

– 5+ years (or the equivalent) legal experience related to above responsibilities Applicants with specific legal experience in corporate transactions, project development (including land use and real estate) and mergers and acquisitions are preferred Active member in good standing with a mandatory state bar organization Education Requirements

Required degree (equivalency not accepted in lieu of required degree): Juris Doctor Required Discipline(s): Law Licenses, Certifications, or Quals Description
