Overview
As
HR Business Partner (HRBP) , you will be based at the
manufacturing site in Graham, NC , and report to the
Regional HRBP Americas . In this strategic role, you will support an ambitious growth trajectory, guide cultural transformation, and lead the deployment of a rich global HR roadmap. You will manage both strategic and operational HR responsibilities, with a strong focus on
manufacturing workforce management, labor relations, and employee engagement . What you’ll do
Partner with plant leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives. Act as employee champion, change agent, and trusted advisor to managers. Lead and develop one HR Generalist, ensuring effective administration (contracts, payroll, PTO, industrial relations). Manage HR activities and labor relations for all manufacturing employees. Lead relationships and negotiations with the local Trade Union and Territorial representatives. Drive continuous improvements across HR processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Enhance employee engagement, workplace culture, and retention. Support compensation processes (salary review, MBO, budgets) in partnership with C&B. Guide managers in identifying and developing talent; deploy learning and development initiatives. Oversee full-cycle recruitment for the Graham site. Contribute to cross-functional HR projects at regional and global levels. What we’re looking for
Experience : 7+ years in HR roles, with proven exposure to
manufacturing environments
and
labor relations
(union negotiation experience strongly preferred). Leadership : Experience managing or mentoring HR staff. Strategic & hands-on mindset : Ability to balance big-picture transformation with daily operational HR delivery. Partnership skills : Strong interpersonal skills; able to influence, coach, and build trust with leaders and employees at all levels. Languages : English required; Spanish a plus. Education : Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s/HR certifications preferred). Seniority level
