Handle complex family law matters, including divorce, equitable distribution, spousal and child support, child custody, paternity, post-divorce enforcement, and protective orders Manage a caseload independently while collaborating with colleagues in a team-oriented environment Provide expert legal counsel to clients and represent them in family law cases Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements Appear in court for hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings Maintain effective and professional communication with clients, opposing counsel, and the court Meet minimum billable hours expectations while delivering high-quality work Qualifications
Experience in New Jersey Family Law; Matrimonial and Family law focus is mandatory Must reside in New Jersey To Apply
