Job Title: Director of Radiology
Status: Full Time
Schedule: Days
Responsible for the oversight and direction of Diagnostic Radiology, CT Department, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, Special Procedures, Radiation Therapy and MRI to include the Freestanding Emergency Department. Demonstrates 24 hour responsibility for personnel and operations.
Planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and evaluating economic growth, fiscal responsibility and the quality of the business related scope whether clinical or non clinical
Collaborates with the SMG member in developing, setting, implementing, monitoring and evaluating standards of care and practice
Participates on assigned community, hospital and medical committees.
Promotes collaborative relationships among the medical staff, clinical staff, volunteers, the community and other departments within the system
Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Bachelors required, Masters preferred
5-8 years experience in Radiology
5-8 years Healthcare Management experience required
Satisfactory completion of formal radiological training in an approved school
Registered by ARRT Also Licensed by the State of Florida
Knowledge of Regulatory requirements of the State and Radioactive Materials License
Certified in at least one Imaging modality preferably Radiology
Communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills and customer service skills required
