Licensed Clinical Psychologist

with expertise in

psychological assessment

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in administering, scoring, and interpreting a wide range of psychological, cognitive, and academic assessments, and will have strong communication skills to provide clear feedback to clients, families, and referral sources. Licensed (IL) Psychologist

to conduct psychological evaluations for children and adolescents ages 4-17. We often receive referrals for ADHD, academic testing, Anxiety/OCD, Autism Spectrum, Depression, etc. We are happy to offer a hybrid, flexible schedule as agreed upon by leadership and clinician, with a priority in meeting client needs. We are looking for a psychologist to complete 3-5 evaluations per week with reasonable turn-around time. Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including intake interviews, standardized testing, and clinical observations. Administer and interpret cognitive, behavioral, social-emotional, and academic test batteries. Prepare detailed, integrative written reports summarizing background, test results, clinical impressions and diagnoses, and treatment recommendations. Provide feedback sessions to clients, families, and/or referral sources in a clear, compassionate, and professional manner. Collaborate with therapists, physicians, schools, and other professionals to support client care. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation. Stay current with best practices in psychological testing, assessment tools, and diagnostic criteria. Qualifications

Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited program. Current, active license as a Clinical Psychologist in the state of Illinois. Demonstrated training and experience in psychological assessment and testing. Strong knowledge of DSM-5 criteria and evidence-based assessment practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Experience working with children, adolescents, and families. Required Skills

Familiarity with commonly used assessment batteries (e.g., WPPSI-IV/WISC-V, NEPSY- II, WIAT-4, ADOS-2, MIGDAS, and more). Experience providing psychological/psychoeducational testing for ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, learning disorders, and emotional/behavioral concerns.
