Oversee the daily clinical and back-office operations of the assigned unit or clinic section and ensure seamless functioning of daily workflows. Effectively schedule staff to optimize patient flow and uphold the facility19s objectives. Cultivate an environment prioritizing exceptional patient experiences and foster a culture of trust and respect among team members. Provide strategic communication, training, and constructive feedback to all staff to enhance professionalism and productivity in delivering high-quality patient care. Collaborate with the Practice Supervisor to address priorities and initiatives for peak practice efficiency and effectiveness. Assist with medical assisting duties, patient triage, and other back-office duties within the scope of practice. Practice efficient use of resources, order supplies/materials, and oversee annual inventories; manage inventory and supply control for exam/waiting rooms and lab/nursing areas. Address safety/emergency code procedures and infection control standards; participate in required meetings and training. Assist new hires with onboarding, ensuring login information and a quiet workstation, with regular check-ins and follow-up training after orientation week. Take part in clinical best practices in patient care and support claims processing as needed. Answer phones during high-volume periods and address patient complaints or concerns; demonstrate excellent guest service to internal team members and patients. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications

Clinical Certification (LPN, CMA, RMA) preferred. 1+ years of direct healthcare experience of similar scope. Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively to patients, staff, Providers, and other employees of the organization. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Proficiency with EMR systems and software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite. Athena knowledge preferred. Ability to serve as a proactive leader committed to excellence in clinical practice and team development. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Benefits
