Provide primary and family evidenced-based care, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for patients. Perform administrative duties such as opening/closing the clinic, inventory, patient follow-up, verifying insurance, collecting payments, and maintaining a clean environment. Manage patient appointments and routine examinations to ensure positive health outcomes. Discuss healthy lifestyle choices with patients; order and interpret diagnostic tests; coordinate with other healthcare professionals to maintain a comprehensive plan of care. Encourage patients to engage in their own healthcare and well-being through services such as health screenings, behavioral health and wellness, and chronic condition management. Required Qualifications

Minimum of one year experience as a Nurse Practitioner; experience in Family medicine or primary care preferred. Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in good standing. Holistic, evidenced-based care including education and treatment for pregnancy prevention and sexually transmitted infection (STI) prevention and safer sex practices. Order and administer immunizations and injections (e.g., COVID-19, influenza, TB, Depo) and provide vaccine counseling and education. Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent. Completion of DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment. Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish) depending on market. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including CPR and AED operation. Pass a FIT test and wear a respirator mask when required by protocol. Education

Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role. Or in select states, Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (or other health-related master’s degree with Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies) with current National Board Certification and State license to practice. Preferred Qualifications

EPIC experience preferred. Pay Range

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $78,331.00 - $168,714.00. This range represents the base hourly rate or base annual salary for positions in the job grade. The actual base salary offer depends on factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to base pay. Benefits
