Strong Growth Trajectory: The practice produced $1.1 million in 2024 and is on track to maintain or exceed this level in 2025, offering consistent demand and strong earning potential for an incoming provider. Strong Clinical Infrastructure: General practice offering preventative, restorative, prosthetic, cosmetic, implant restoration, oral surgery, endodontics, SureSmile, and more — supported by CBCT, PrimeScan, implant motor/guided placement kit, and two in-house mills. High Production & Collections with Growth Potential: 2024 production at $1.01M with collections exceeding production at $1.07M; current 6-op setup with opportunity to expand. Supportive, Experienced Team & Full-Time Schedule: Work alongside 2 hygienists and 2 EFDAs in a positive, team-oriented environment with a full-time Monday–Thursday schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 1-hour lunch). Ideal Candidate Profile: A passionate dentist with prior experience who is excited to be part of a dynamic, fast-paced practice, interested in leadership and building lasting patient relationships. Compensation: Guaranteed base salary in the first year or higher income through a percentage of collections—whichever is greater. Incentives & Benefits: Free incentive equity in P1, covered lab fees, malpractice insurance, ADA dues reimbursement, $2,500 continuing education allowance, health/vision/life insurance, 401(k) with 3% employer contribution, dental services employee discount, time off, flexible spending account, health savings account, scrub allowance, licensure/certification reimbursement. Required: Valid licensure in the relevant jurisdiction. As an Associate Dentist, You Will
Diagnose and treat patients with oral diseases; provide services such as cleanings, root canals, extractions, fillings, bridges, crowns, dentures, and other oral care. Educate patients about oral hygiene and preventive dental care; consult the seasoned doctor(s) if unsure about handling any patient care situations.
