Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
for an
inpatient locum tenens
assignment. Ideal for providers who thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced setting and want schedule flexibility ( full-time or part-time ). Manage
admissions and discharges
for adult inpatients Conduct
medication checks
and monitor treatment response Participate in
weekly interdisciplinary meetings
(MD, Medical Director, therapists, BHTs) Treat co-occurring
mental health + substance use disorders Document in EMR and maintain inpatient compliance standards Active Georgia APRN license
with
PMHNP
and
prescriptive authority 1–3 years of inpatient or adult psychiatry experience preferred (newer PMHNPs with solid training considered) Strong team communication and patient-centered approach Locum hourly compensation
(W2/1099 via staffing partner) On-site support:
