Commission Direct message the job poster from The Hiring Method About the Role We’re seeking an experienced and motivated RVP, Retirement Plan Sales Consultant to develop new business within the financial advisor community. In this role, you will: Generate new business opportunities
through proactive outreach, leveraging both your own network and warm leads from internal SDR teams Build relationships
with financial advisors, DCIO wholesalers, and platform record-keeper partners to grow retirement plan sales Conduct virtual and in-person presentations
to position the company’s retirement solutions effectively Collaborate with internal partners
including internal wholesalers, proposal specialists, and implementation teams to ensure a seamless client experience Manage the full sales cycle
from prospecting through closing, balancing top-of-funnel activity with consistent deal flow Stay current on market trends

Series 65 license (or willingness to obtain within 90 days) Extensive 401(k) and retirement plan sales experience Established relationships with financial advisors and industry partners Experience selling to Defined Contribution Investment Only (DCIO) wholesalers preferred Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills Proven ability to manage high-volume outbound activity and close new business Commissions: 30–35% of first-year revenue, paid monthly Target Earnings: $170,000–$230,000+ (uncapped) Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and standard holidays Seniority level
