About the Role: We are committed to finding exceptional talent to represent our boutique in coming to

San Francisco December 2025 . We are seeking dynamic Part-Time Sales Associates who are passionate about delivering outstanding in-store experiences, driving customer satisfaction, and fostering meaningful brand connections.

Responsibilities

Support sales initiatives and enhance team and customer engagement.

Maintain visual and operational standards and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Possibility of opening/closing duties and keyholder duties as applicable.

Support other brands in the Leap portfolio through new store openings, activations, and coverage needs.

Position Qualifications

Minimum Age: Must be at least 18 years old.

Experience: Retail, luxury retail, or high-touch client-facing roles with premium customer service and brand representation.

Availability: Flexible to meet business needs, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements: Active presence on the sales floor; stand/walk, use ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Hourly Pay Range $20.50 to $21.50 per hour. Compensation determined based on experience, skills, competencies, and qualifications.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)

Sales Performance: focus on conversion rates, Units Per Transaction (UPT), Average Unit Retail (AUR), and returning clients.

Customer Retention: deliver personalized experiences and maintain strong Net Promoter Scores (NPS).

Task Management: complete tasks accurately and on time.
