In addition to performing visits and coordinating client care, the Registered Nurse RN Home Health serves as the point of contact for all disciplines involved with patient care and oversees the frequency of visits for the episode. The RN consults with the physician and the office to detail patient care. Key responsibilities include accurate OASIS collection, maintaining current medication profiles, timely reporting of lab values to the physician, and attending weekly case conferences and monthly case manager meetings. Qualifications
Be currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of employment A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred Demonstrate knowledge and skill in current nursing practice Possess a valid state driver’s license and automobile liability insurance Additional Information
