We are looking for the next Hearing Aid Specialist or Audiologist to join our team in MT. Pleasant and Gladwin, MI. This is a full-time in-office position between two clinics. $58k-$75k based on license type and credentials plus 6% uncapped commission on sales. Relocation bonus opportunities. Benefits

Provide quality care and aftercare of dispensing services such as hearing tests, hearing aid fittings, educate and train hearing aid users of best practices. Perform checks on hearing aids and other amplification devices, troubleshooting, repairs to hearing aids, earmolds and cleaning of hearing aids. Achieve practice growth with a strong mindset on sales and key business metrics while maintaining ethical practice standards. Local community outreach including health fairs and developing physician relationships; represent HearingLife as an advocate to making a life changing difference. Counsel patients on the purchase of their hearing aids, devices, and accessories; maintain understanding of third-party payors and various payment methods in accordance with federal and state laws. Understand and meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly clinical finance targets working with PCC and Manager to achieve clinics' financial KPIs. Support Telehealth initiatives (Remote Care) to expand patient care and product portfolio including remote hearing tests and educating patients on hearing aid devices. Maintain continuing education requirements based on state requirements. Operate audiometric equipment and interpret results; communicate test results in understandable terms.
