At The Fitness Lab, you’ll practice in an integrated environment that unites physical therapy, medical exercise, personal training, and recovery — allowing you to follow patients through their full continuum of care from rehab to performance and beyond. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do. You’ll partner with medical exercise specialists, strength coaches, recovery experts, physicians, and allied health professionals to create a fully integrated circle of care that supports each patient’s lifelong movement journey. Competitive Salary and/or Hourly rate if part-time Dependent on Experience- Salary Range: $68,000-$85,000 Retirement Plan Monthly Bonus Opportunity to grow into Leadership and Ownership roles Qualifications
Masters or Doctorate of Physical Therapy We would prefer 2+ years experience, but are willing to train the right candidate with less experience that has a solid foundation in exercise, manual therapy, and a sports/orthopedic background. Looking for a full-time therapist, but we are open to discussing the possibility of part-time Open to a progressive ramp-up period, patient case load dependent Certifications: (not all are required)
OCS/ SCS/ CSCS Fellowship Dry Needling SFMA / FMS BFR Manual Therapy IASTM/ Graston Women's Health Pilates ATC CHT Personal Training Certification Seniority level
