Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings Operations Manager
Reich Construction LLC is seeking a highly driven and experienced Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings Operations Manager to lead our field operations team. Specializing in Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings, we deliver commercial, industrial, and federal projects nationwide. The Operations Manager will oversee project execution, ensure profitability, maintain safety and quality standards, and lead crews to success. This role requires a strong communicator who thrives in problem-solving, team motivation, and customer relations.
Responsibilities
Lead field operations for Pre-Engineered Steel Building projects nationwide.
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive operational efficiency and profitability.
Manage allocation of resources including crews, equipment, and materials.
Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact for jobsite issues, available 24/7 for resolution.
Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Oversee compliance with OSHA and industry regulations.
Provide mentorship and leadership to field teams, encouraging professional growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
10+ years of operations or field management experience in construction, with significant experience in Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings.
Proven track record of managing crews and delivering profitable projects.
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
Ability to problem-solve under pressure and adapt to project challenges.
Strong knowledge of safety standards and quality assurance practices.
Proficiency with project management software and reporting tools.
Must be willing to travel and manage projects nationwide.
