AWS is seeking an experienced Advisory Delivery Consultant to join our Energy, Utilities, and Public Service practice. In this role, you will work closely with customers in the utility, mining, and manufacturing industries to drive digital transformations, leverage emerging technologies, and deliver innovative solutions leveraging AWS cloud services. As an Advisory Delivery Consultant, you will be at the forefront of helping customers achieve transformative business outcomes through their cloud journey. You'll engage with key stakeholders to develop comprehensive strategies, quantify value propositions, and articulate the strategic impact of cloud initiatives. Your expertise will span across cloud business strategy, data and AI transformation, IoT integration, and operational advisory. You will orchestrate the delivery of complex cloud programs and workstreams, designing scalable and secure solutions tailored to each customer's specific needs. As a trusted advisor, you'll provide guidance on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices, optimizing performance, and managing risks throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver comprehensive business case analyses, solution guidance, and implementation pathways for strategic cloud initiatives in the energy, utilities, and public service sectors. Lead cloud operations transformations, including IoT integration, data and AI transformations, and operational advisory services. Drive enterprise transformations leveraging cloud and emerging technologies through program management, value realization strategies, and cloud strategy development. Spearhead data and AI transformations, with a focus on machine learning models, predictive analytics, and Generative AI advisory. Orchestrate large-scale cloud migration and modernization plans, aligning application portfolios with business priorities and architecting data center exit strategies. Act as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions in the energy, utilities, and public service sectors. Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture and implementation. 10+ years of experience in management consulting or internal technology advisory roles, with a minimum of 5+ years in energy, utilities industry with 2+ completed transformation projects in the energy, utilities, mining, or manufacturing industries. Successfully delivered 5+ executive-level business cases resulting in project approval with budgets exceeding $1M in the past 3 years. Led a minimum of 3 cloud transformation projects with project budgets of $1M+ and teams of 10+ members, including successful completion of migration and modernization initiatives within the past 4 years. Preferred Qualifications

AWS experience preferred, with proficiency in a wide range of AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IoT Core, SageMaker, Kinesis). AWS Professional-level certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect Professional, Data Analytics Specialty) preferred. 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: IoT integration, data and AI strategy (including machine learning and predictive analytics), operational advisory, or energy and utilities domain expertise. Strong financial modeling and market research skills, with the ability to conduct operational impact assessments. Energy and utilities domain expertise (e.g., grid operations, SCADA systems, regulatory frameworks) Experience with emerging technologies such as Generative AI, blockchain, and their applications in the energy, utilities, and public service sectors. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
