Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) plays a critical role in ensuring that our products are Safe, Reliable, Maintainable, and delivered on schedule. LCE encompasses a variety of disciplines that provide support to engineering teams, program offices, and customers. These disciplines are actively involved throughout the entire life cycle of our products, from initial concept to deactivation. The LCE team is part of the Integrated Systems department within Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities, fostering close collaboration across multiple disciplines to ensure mission readiness, reliability, and operational excellence for our customers and end‑users.

We are seeking a Logistics Engineer to join our team, where you will have the opportunity to be trained in the methodologies we use to sustain and develop logistics solutions. In this role, you will work alongside Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across various weapon systems. Your responsibilities will include developing logistics information data, providing product support, participating in customer reviews, and contributing to provisioning, validation and/or verification efforts.

What You Will Do

Align logistics data management with product development processes

Utilize the Automated Logistics Control System (ALCS) to maintain data integrity through trend analysis and audits

Leverage the Jira tool for centralized task management, enhanced visibility, and team collaboration

Support the coordination of maintenance activities, including defining sustainment requirements, processing procurement requests, tracking deliveries, and maintaining delivery records

Prepare materials as required for customer meetings and responses

Provide daily support to Logistics Leads in addressing logistics needs and fulfilling program requirements

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university

12 months or less of professional experience (excluding internships)

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Highly motivated and eager to learn new skills and adapt to evolving priorities

Additional Information The salary range for this role is 55,000 USD - 107,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
