AECOM is seeking a

Digital Delivery Manager

to lead a multi-disciplinary CAD design team. The role supports design coordination on energy projects and programs across markets and client types. The position offers flexibility to work remotely or from multiple Energy offices across the United States. The candidate will leverage digital platforms and possess technical discipline expertise essential to delivering innovative energy projects, including work on first-of-a-kind programs with stellarator technology in partnership with industry collaborators. Responsibilities

Team supervision and leadership: support Department Manager in fostering technical excellence and accountability; supervise and mentor designers; lead improvements in project efficiency; monitor workload; support business development activities; actively support recruiting efforts. Project participation: act as the discipline CAD lead where appropriate; own the project’s complete and integrated digital content (construction documents, federated model, database, etc.); develop QA processes in project execution workflow (utility clash identification, relocation alignments, interface coordination, survey and laser scan incorporation). Coordinate multi-discipline CAD team members across projects and client solutions; provide quality control reviews of work; support projects through full lifecycle (feasibility, design, bid, construction, start-up, commissioning). Monitor project progress to ensure quality, on-time and on-budget delivery; ensure technical and safety standards are maintained; participate in client meetings and travel as needed; provide BIM direction (implementation, integration, development, maintenance, liabilities/concerns); create and manage standard operating procedures and processes; authorize data access and coordinate with other departments, project managers, outside design firms, and client representatives. Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

BA/BS + 10 years of relevant experience or AA/AS + 12 years of relevant experience Minimum of two years of project leadership experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Expert proficiency in Autodesk 2D/3D platforms and collaborative model environments such as Plant 3D, Revit, Navisworks Experience managing Common Data Environments (e.g., ProjectWise, BIM 360, ACC) Database administration experience Programming competency (e.g., LISP) 4D+ model data management capabilities Experience leveraging laser scan or other data sets to inform design Knowledge of typical stakeholders and ability to anticipate data requests Understanding of vendor documentation for assigned tasks Experience participating in complex, multi-discipline programs/projects and CAD teams Equipment arrangement expertise in heavy industrial and power generation facilities Passion for developing talented technical teams Experience on full EPC, Design/Build projects from start to finish; experience with high-value engineering centers Field construction and commissioning experience; ability to work in remote and multi-discipline teams Familiarity with industry codes and standards Additional Information

Sponsorship for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position. Relocation is not available for this position. Compensation & Location

Offered rate of compensation will be based on education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The range for this position is USD 130,000 to USD 160,000 per year. About AECOM
