Summary/Objectives

Provide strategic sales support to the Treasury Management sales team in delivering non-credit commercial products and services. Focus on growing Treasury Management revenue and increasing Treasury Management penetration within the bank’s portfolio of clients. Proactively prepare for calls and relationship reviews. Assist Treasury Management Sales Officers (TMSO) with the sale of Treasury Management solutions to new clients and the retention of current client relationships. Develop partnerships with Treasury Management Sales Officers to grow profitable business. Essential Functions

Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of Treasury Management products, services, and pricing Understand the application of products/services to business cash flow cycles Lead fraud discussions with clients and prospects, including client outreach and educating the client on options after fraud occurs Call jointly with Treasury Management Sales Officer to develop calling skills, relationship building, and follow-up protocol (call planning, call reports, client follow-up, strategic planning) Serve as primary back up for the Treasury Management Sales Officer in their absence Contribute to revenue-generating activities, including adding new accounts and/or new services to existing relationships Prepare implementation forms and customer paperwork to onboard new small business clients and to add Treasury Management services for existing customers Work closely with retail bankers to educate and assist in identifying TM leads Develop expertise related to the Treasury Management small business platform Communicate and educate bankers regarding client situations and opportunities Provide subject matter expertise to internal bank staff as required Assist with other Treasury Management projects as required (e.g., Pricing Project) Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions Qualifications, Education, And Certification Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Experience: Five years banking experience; 5+ years related experience (Treasury Management sales/product/support, line banker, commercial call center) Certifications/Knowledge: Excellent written and oral communication skills; strong problem analysis and resolution skills; strong attention to detail and accuracy; strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple detailed work assignments with high accuracy; ability to develop rapport with clients, peers, and partners; knowledge of bank operating systems and commercial banking practices; knowledge of Treasury Management products, services, procedures, and practices; experience with analysis of commercial relationships and strategic sales planning is preferred Training Requirements

Must be able to effectively access and interpret information on computer screens, documents, and reports. This position requires a large amount of time in front of a computer, which may be performed while sitting or standing with use of a desk. Work Environment

This position is located in a private office or cubicle inside a cooled and heated facility with access to break rooms and rest rooms during breaks. Telecommuting roles require a secure home office environment free from background noise and distractions, a reliable private internet connection (not cellular hotspot), and a preference for cable or fiber connections.
