Job Description: You will be a Chemical Engineer for our team in Camden, AR. Our team is responsible for implementing and optimizing chemical processes, including painting, coating, bonding, sealing, and corrosion mitigation, to ensure the quality and integrity of our products. What You Will Be Doing

Development and optimization of chemical processes, analyzing root causes, and implementing corrective actions. Documentation and optimization of current and new chemical processes. Root cause and corrective action analysis. Knowledge of various coating processes, engineering materials, and general manufacturing processes. This position is in Camden. Discover more about our Camden, Arkansas location. The selected candidate must have the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. Basic Qualifications

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline. Considered mid level. Knowledge of various coating processes. Knowledge of engineering materials. Ability to interpret engineering drawings. Knowledge of general manufacturing processes. Knowledge of corrosion mitigation methods. Strong oral and written communication skills. Experience in a production environment. Ability to obtain a Secret clearance. Desired Skills

Knowledge of CARC coating systems. Knowledge of thermal protective coating systems. Capable of working within an integrative, team environment. SAP or other ERP process knowledge. Proficient with MS Office Suite. EEO and Benefits
