Overview
Project Manager – Real Estate / Construction role at Tential Solutions. This Project Manager will lead large, complex, cross-functional real estate and construction project teams. This role sits within the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office and partners directly with senior executive (C-suite) sponsors and stakeholders. The PM will manage enterprise-wide solutions using a matrixed team structure, including agile teams, and will be responsible for delivering business outcomes within scope, schedule, and budget constraints. This is a program-level role focused on workplace management, not site-level construction oversight. Responsibilities
Lead large, complex, cross-functional real estate and construction project teams. Partner with senior executive (C-suite) sponsors and stakeholders. Manage enterprise-wide solutions within a matrixed team structure, including agile teams. Deliver business outcomes within defined scope, schedule, and budget constraints. Focus on workplace management at a program level rather than on-site construction oversight. Qualifications
A minimum bachelor’s degree; 10+ years of direct, hands-on leadership of real estate and construction projects, preferably in a financial services or corporate environment. Minimum 5 years of experience managing construction projects of various sizes. Good understanding of construction processes, methods, typical costs, and schedules. PMP certification preferred or equivalent experience. SCRUM Master certification and experience preferred. Knowledge & Skills
Expert knowledge of PMI and PM best practices. Skilled in project delivery methodologies (waterfall, agile, kanban, hybrid). Self-motivated, quick, and assertive. Extremely detail-oriented and organized; excellent time management and communication skills. Ability to develop detailed project plans and schedules; proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, VISIO. Experience with Procore is preferred. Ability to manage client expectations, identify risks, track requirements and issues, and escalate where needed. Willingness to stay abreast of industry trends and new technology. Location & Compensation
Richmond, VA with an approximate salary range of $75,000.00–$95,000.00 per year. Job Function
