What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Exercise incident handling processes across Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms
Perform basic malware analysis
Develop and improve processes for incident detection and execution of countermeasures
Produce high-quality written and verbal communications, recommendations, and findings to customer management
Demonstrate industry thought leadership through blog posts, CrowdCasts, and public speaking events
What is Required (Qualifications)
Must be willing to work a 4x10 schedule, including a day on the weekend
Must be willing to work on-site (hybrid schedule)
BA or BS / MA or MS degree in relevant fields such as Computer Science or Cybersecurity, or equivalent work experience
Experience in incident handling, computer forensic analysis, or malware analysis
Strong project management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience coding in languages such as C, C#, Python, or Ruby on Rails
Background in network operations and secure network architecture
Contributing thought leader within the incident response industry
Ability to foster a positive work environment and attitude
Desire to grow and expand both technical and soft skills
