MS Dynamics 365 Finance/Operations Functional Team Lead
Luna Data Solutions is seeking a D365 F&O Team Lead for a permanent full time opportunity based in Houston, TX.
100% Onsite in the Memorial Park area
Salary: $150,000
Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, disability, 401(k) with company match
Bonuses: Possible for larger project contributions but not guaranteed
No relocation assistance offered; Houston area candidates preferred
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in the implementation, functional support, and auditing of D365 F&O systems as a consultant and end user
Preferred experience in Finance, Supply Chain, and Project Management
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Accounting, Management Information Systems, or related field
Experience with data management processes as it relates to the Financial Applications
Understanding of the Agile development framework and knowledge of leveraging Azure DevOps within the SDLC process
Understanding of the SCRUM methodology for tracking issues and enhancements
Experience with D365 Supply Chain Advanced Warehousing
Knowledge of RSAT (Regression Suite Automation Testing)
Knowledge of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate and PowerApps) and F&O integration
Knowledge of best practices in D365 F&O development
Responsibilities
Lead Analyst supporting and improving the end users’ experience with the finance related applications
Collaborate with the Application Architect and technical staff to ensure enhancements or customizations meet user requirements without compromising performance
Coordinate with Microsoft and ISV vendors to timely resolve issues that cannot be resolved internally
Verify and sign-off on all enhancements, parameter changes, and customizations prior to releasing them to end users for final testing
Identify risky processes within the current business processes model and provide viable solutions
Attend weekly scheduled SCRUM meetings for managing sprints
Meet with the Functional Analyst on a weekly basis
Collaborate with the Functional Analyst to ensure they have the understanding and knowledge required to complete their support tasks
Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations and improvement processes
Assist in implementing best practices and improving the ongoing support process
Review and sign-off on all code during the SDLC
