Strategic Document Specialist
Type:

Flexible weekly hours
Role Responsibilities
Analyze internal and external data sources to generate structured briefing documents.
Draft clear, well-organized content to support executive presentations and strategic reviews.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define messaging, flow, and narrative structure.
Produce supporting materials such as memos, summaries, and annotated outlines for slide creation.
Apply domain-specific understanding to contextualize findings and recommendations.
Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or investment analysis.
Ability to synthesize research, data, and stakeholder input into structured outputs.
Experience developing decks for board reviews, business reviews, or investment memos.
Strong written communication and analytical skills.
Familiarity with formatting standards for executive presentations.
