Elevate your career as a Region Manager at Monster Energy, leading sales initiatives with bottlers and retailers within your territory. Drive bottler business results through strategic joint business plans with bottling partners, while guiding a local field sales team. Implement national and local marketing programs to boost market share and exceed budget targets. Demonstrate solid market execution and relationship-building to drive market share and surpass budget targets in your region. The Impact You\'ll Make

Lead the market sales team to achieve the annual business plan. Develop joint business plans, execute quarterly sales and marketing initiatives, identify opportunities, and measure performance indicators within the assigned geography. Attract, recruit, develop, and retain sales talent for the organization. Manage high-level bottler relationships with sales center leadership within bottlers. Implement Monster business unit and division priorities with their sales and distribution centers. Utilize Monster Energy Company tools (CRM and capabilities) to maximize productivity and results in the assigned market, including surveys, training tools, sales data software, asset allocation, and internal social platforms. Train Bottler Sales Representatives on product knowledge, sales methodologies, and marketing promotions by influencing bottler actions at multiple levels. Achieve this through ride-alongs in retail outlets, sales presentations at bottler facilities, huddle calls with bottler reps, and team calls with partners. Sell at retail (outlet level) aligned against quarterly strategic initiatives focused on innovation, distribution, displays, and cold/ambient equipment placements. Collaborate with bottler partners in the trade to influence actions and drive results. Lead and develop region-wide activities including market audits, company meetings, events, sampling initiatives, and local retail meetings; plan, communicate, execute, and own all facets of sales events. Who You Are

Preferred Education: Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration or related field 3-5 years of experience in Sales or Marketing in Beverage or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Age 21+ with an acceptable driving record Additional Skills: Forecasting, experience with Nielsen, Information Resources Inc (IRI), and other sales reporting systems Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation; this position has an estimated salary of $56,485-$63,263. The actual pay may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
