EisnerAmper is seeking a Manager to join our National Tax Office. We are looking for someone who thrives in a growing environment and can provide clients with exceptional services. This individual will receive training and mentorship, along with opportunities for advancement and growth. Work you'll be responsible for:

Research and analyze various federal income tax issues, including partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, timing issues, and accounting methods, digital assets, and other matters

Assist with M&A tax structuring and internal restructuring

Draft emails and memos

Draft firm-wide alerts on current developments in federal income tax

Assist with firm-wide trainings in federal income tax

Assist with federal domestic tax due diligence in connection with M&A transactions

Basic Qualifications:

4+ years of progressive federal income tax consulting experience (large law firm, large accounting firm, or IRS preferred)

J.D. and Tax LL.M.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with partnerships, S corporations, and/or C corporations

Strong analytical and writing skills

Proficiency with tax research databases (such as Bloomberg BNA and RIA Checkpoint)

$110,000

and

$170,000 . In other locations, the range may vary based on market differences. Actual compensation will depend on experience and other factors permitted by law. Preferred Location:

New York For NYC and California, the expected salary range is between

$85,000

and

$150,000 . The range in other regions may vary based on market differences, and actual compensation will be determined accordingly.
