Mamaleh's is seeking a highly organized, friendly, and energetic individual to join our team in a dynamic hybrid role. The ideal candidate will provide crucial administrative and organizational support for our Catering & Events department and also serve guests directly as a vital member of our Front-of-House (FOH) team. Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week This hybrid role supports the Catering & Events department and restaurant managers with logistical tasks in planning and executing catering orders and events. It also involves working shifts as a Front-of-House (FOH) Attendant at Mamaleh's, where you serve as the welcoming face of the restaurant and the link between the kitchen and guests. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented position that values efficiency, positivity, and attention to detail. FOH shifts typically include 2–3 team members working together to deliver an excellent guest experience. Additional hours may be required during holidays, especially Jewish Holidays, including but not limited to Passover, Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, and Hanukkah. About Us

Key Responsibilities
Front of House Attendant
Greet guests with warmth and professionalism Manage orders via phone, online, and in-person Pack and hand off takeout/delivery orders Run food and drinks to tables Monitor and update order availability (86s) in Toast Restock retail, merch, coffee, bar, and service stations Prepare coffee, tea, cocktails, and milkshakes Maintain a clean, organized dining area Follow cleaning protocols (surfaces, trash, spot sweeps, etc.) Collaborate with FOH and BOH teams to ensure smooth service Catering & Events
Assist the Catering & Events Manager with organizing and execution of off site catering and event orders Lead the Front of House team with onsite event set up, execution, and breakdown Act as the guest-facing liaison of the Catering & Events team in the absence of the Catering & Events manager Organize and print materials as needed including menus, labels, and table tents Expedite pick-up of catering orders/deliveries Make deliveries using the company van when necessary Support with orders coming out of Brookline when needed Triage guest requests via phone, email and in-person Assist in ringing in catering and event orders, and collecting payment through Toast and Tripleseat Communicate all necessary information to the Catering & Events Manager regarding weekend, night and Event Manager absent times through a weekly report Physical Requirements
Stand for 5–10 hours Lift up to 50 lbs Frequent bending, reaching, and movement Use of hands for POS and drink-making tasks Qualifications
Must be 21+ years of age & agrees to obtain TIPS certification in the first 30 days of employment Experience working in fast pace hospitality environments preferred Experience in catering/events operations or sales background preferred Must be comfortable working in a team environment Scheduling, SPLH basic knowledge and management experience is a bonus Scheduling
Weekends and some nights required Start and end times may adjust slightly for events or business volume Health insurance Paid training Seniority level
