Field Service Technicians enjoy working hands-on with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems that comprise our metal fabrication machines. This field service position is home based but requires travel up to 75%. Technicians provide customer and product service via preventative and corrective maintenance in accordance with Cincinnati Incorporated policies, principles, and procedures. A company vehicle is provided, along with paid training and eligibility for the Field Service Incentive Program after the first year. Base pay range

$29.00/hr - $39.00/hr Position Summary and Essential Duties

Prioritize, schedule and complete machine service for customers Prepare and submit documentation for efficient invoicing Maintain company property for safe operation and maximum life Efficiently manage business expenses to maximize profitability Perform routine maintenance on equipment and assist in establishing preventative maintenance schedules with customers Education and Experience

3+ years’ experience with industrial maintenance (or related military experience), including troubleshooting 2 years experience with operation and maintenance of hydraulic systems Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Characteristics

Knowledge of electrical, mechanical and hydraulic principles Strong diagnostics and technical aptitude Ability to work independently with little supervision Able to travel overnight at least 75% of the time Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong PC and organizational skills Physical Demands and Work Environment

The physical demands and work environment describe the requirements to perform the essential functions of this job. This position is very active and requires frequent standing, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing ladders. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs frequently. Specific vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level can be loud; this is a high travel position.
