Overview
Anaplan Model Builder/Developer to join our team. You will design, develop, and implement solutions using Anaplan to support incentive compensation management, performance reporting, analytics, planning, and budgeting processes. Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Design and develop Anaplan applications, including data models and dashboards. Responsible for the overall Anaplan new models and enhancements to existing models designed in an integrated and optimal manner. Maintain and optimize all current Anaplan models; capture and deliver requirements for new or improved functionality to achieve automation and data/process integration, and enhance user experience. Perform testing and debugging of Anaplan applications to identify and resolve issues and ensure optimal performance. Provide technical/application support and troubleshooting for Anaplan applications, working closely with end-users to address their needs and resolve system-related problems. Stay up to date with Anaplan features and enhancements, proactively identifying opportunities to leverage them to improve incentive compensation management, performance reporting, analytics, planning processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and Data teams, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of Anaplan with other systems and processes. Document technical specifications, system configurations, and development processes to ensure knowledge transfer and maintain system documentation. Requirements
At least 5 years of experience with Anaplan product (minimum of 3 implementations focusing on incentive compensation and revenue models) Extensive experience in Anaplan model building Strong experience with core financial and enterprise performance management processes (Incentive compensation management, performance reporting/analytics, planning, budgeting, and forecasting) Ability to create holistic, end-to-end, integrated solutions Stakeholder management with the ability to challenge constructively and automate sub-optimal manual processes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work effectively with cross-functional teams Team-oriented, resourceful, independent, and able to work with minimal direction Ability to document complex models and processes professionally Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Passion for creating a fantastic user experience Anaplan certification is a plus Employment type
