What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of data, reporting, and governance transformation initiatives
Manage program milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues to ensure proactive resolution
Coordinate cross‑functional teams spanning Finance, IT, and business stakeholders
Develop executive‑level reporting and dashboards to track program progress and benefits realization
Serve as a liaison between business leaders and IT, ensuring clear priorities and managed expectations
What is Required (Qualifications)
3+ years in program or project management, preferably within a consulting or enterprise transformation environment
Experience managing data, analytics, or reporting‑related projects
Strong skills in program governance, executive reporting, and risk/issue management
Ability to navigate complex organizations and influence without direct authority
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Familiarity with ERP, procurement, or reporting tools (e.g., Deltek Costpoint, Ariba, ICERTIS, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
Exposure to data governance frameworks
