Global Inventory Analyst .
Responsibilities
Investigate, resolve, and prevent inventory discrepancies by reviewing electronic transaction history.
Create STO's (stock transfer orders) to support open orders, safety stock, and replenishment of stock levels for regional distribution centers.
Be a cross functional team leader to align customer priorities with current production and supply conditions.
Communicate potential changes to the available to promise quickly whether the change is an improvement or a delay.
Work with all appropriate departments to mitigate any delays.
Generate monthly/quarterly reconciliations of cycle counts and physical inventory levels at regional distribution centers to ensure accuracy.
Preparing inventory day/month end reports. Identifying and solving reoccurring inventory reconciliation issues. Responsible for generating specific Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) on cycle counting, Inventory adjustments, Inbound performance, Inventory accuracy, outbound shipments.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or supply chain or equivalent experience
SAP experience; preferably in S4 Hana
Microsoft Office experience (intermediate)
Strong Excel skills
Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and organizational skills
Working Relationships
Inventory Management and Process Improvement Manager — Coordinate work assignments. Give and receive feedback on current issues in the company.
General Manager of Production — Keep up to date with any production issues or improvements.
Departmental Supervisors/Managers — To understand customer needs and Hensley's supply priorities.
