Base pay range
$175,000.00/yr - $225,000.00/yr Additional compensation types
Annual Bonus A smaller, growing, light manufacturing/distribution B2B company is seeking a Global Controller/Finance Director. Newly created due to growth, it would be the initial hire here in the US, reporting to the CEO and ownership. The role would involve reporting/consolidations prep or oversight, along with various Forecasting, F/P&A, and Strategic assistance to leadership to help scale for further growth. An in-demand product category. Seeking an "A" caliber candidate with the intangibles and qualities to be the top person. Favorable traits to include expertise/wherewithal with a company that operates globally, along with a company who\'s worked toward an investment event or transaction (a plus). Most importantly, seeking a demonstrated achiever who can bring an entrepreneurial mentality. A willingness to be hands-on, but the wherewithal to help scale, be strategic. Accounting backgrounds/CPA\'s who can self-develop in areas of F/P&A are welcome. Primarily in-office. Seniority level
