This is a full-time on-site role for an Engineering Project Manager based in Montoursville, PA. The Engineering Project Manager will oversee the planning, design, and execution of engineering, utility, and compliance projects and supporting the operations team. Daily responsibilities include managing project timelines, budget, and resources; coordinating with contractors, developers, regulators, and stakeholders; providing technical guidance and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The role also involves conducting site inspections and preparing progress reports. Qualifications

Engineering Management and Project Management skills Experience in Project Engineering and Construction Management Knowledge of Construction practices Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus Familiarity with municipal water and wastewater operations is beneficial The successful candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a directly related field and/or a combination of education and experience to provide the required knowledge/skills, demonstrate the ability to plan, organize, prioritize, coordinate, assign, evaluate, complete and independently manage their work, coordinate multiple facets of projects and multiple projects at the same time, and direct and oversee contractors and outside consultants. Excellent computer and software skills with a focus on advanced Excel knowledge is required. Utility experience is a plus! Successful candidate must be professional in dealing with customers/contractors/developers, have excellent verbal and written communications skills, and be team oriented. The position requires a background check, drug testing and a valid driver's license. Salary range is $80,000 - $105,000 and is dependent on education, progressive successful work history, proven reliability in managing higher level responsibilities, supervisory/team building skills, and strategic planning & business management experience.
