Overview

At Raytheon Technologies, operations are aligned with Six Sigma principles to support homeland and missile defense strategies. This co-op rotation focuses on Operations, Quality Assurance, and Lean Manufacturing techniques within a manufacturing project environment aimed at developing creative and innovative solutions. The co-op will work independently reviewing business systems and implementing new techniques within production areas, with broad exposure to Performance Excellence, Integrated Supply Chain, Hardware Quality and Production Engineering. The organization may involve projects in production, design, or transitioning to production. What You Will Do

This position is for an intern/co-op enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program pursuing a major in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, chemical engineering, plastics engineering, systems engineering, computer engineering or applied mathematics The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, paid time off, holidays, and more. Benefits vary by business unit and collective-bargaining status. Short-term and/or long-term incentive programs may apply based on position and company performance. This role is a U.S.-based position; if the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
