Source your own leads and manage the full sales process to close loans. Make a high volume of calls (examples: 15, 30, 40, up to 100 calls per day). Visit open houses as part of outreach (example ranges: 5 to 50 visits per weekend). Work beyond traditional hours (after 5 pm, nights, and weekends) to maximize performance. Collaborate with the team to close deals and achieve targets. Qualifications and Traits
Charismatic, outgoing, and a natural-born relationship builder with a large network or demonstrated ability to build one. Outgoing hustler with a lead-generation mindset and coachable attitude.
