Financial Analyst
with an emphasis on Field Finance. This position will serve as a key partner to store managers, general managers, regional managers, and directors of operations to inform, educate, and provide insight on financial opportunities. What you will do
Create financial reports and provide insight as to the meaning within them Establish store-level goals through the budgeting and forecasting processes Educate internal clients on financial matters Provide advice on revenue-generating or cost-saving opportunities by analyzing financial and non-financial data Respond to financial and operational inquiries by store leadership in a clear and timely manner Assist various other groups within Mister with ad hoc data analysis requests as needed How You Will Shine
Bachelor’s degree (or completing within one year) in accounting, finance, or business economics with a high GPA Advanced proficiency in Excel Previous experience in accounting or financial analysis; an advanced degree is preferred Experience working in a car wash or other retail setting strongly preferred A curious mind, high intellect, and pride in producing high-quality work Ability to tell data-driven stories in reports, emails, presentations, and verbally Customer service mentality Ability to adapt to ad hoc requests and changing priorities Congenial disposition and an entrepreneurial spirit What motivates our team
