Tulsa, OK (Onsite) Pay:
$40,000 to $50,000/year Experience:
1 to 2 years of relevant accounting experience (internship experience counts). Education:
Associate\'s or Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or in progress). Type:
Full-time; Contract to Hire Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm Job Description: Assist with daily accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. Reconcile bank statements and company credit cards. Prepare and post journal entries. Support the month-end and year-end close processes. Help maintain the general ledger and chart of accounts. Assist with inventory tracking and cost accounting for fabricated goods. Compile and analyze financial reports as needed. Communicate with vendors and clients regarding invoicing and payment. Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies. Perform other administrative and accounting tasks as assigned. Qualifications
Basic understanding of GAAP and financial principles. Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with QuickBooks, Sage, or similar ERP/accounting software is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Willingness to learn industry-specific accounting practices (e.g., job costing, fabrication inventory). Employer
