As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), you will begin by obtaining Securities Industry licenses with dedicated and personalized classes for the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 exams. You will develop foundational skills to acquire, build, and manage client relationships, assess a client’s financial picture, and provide advice and solutions to help clients live their best financial lives, while humanizing financial interactions. After achieving key milestones, you will work in a financial center delivering Bank of America’s core banking, investment solutions, and client care."
Work Schedule Monday through Friday, some Saturdays required. Schedule examples: 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, etc.

Required Qualifications
Bilingual Spanish Required
Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses
Self-discipline in managing time and capacity
Experience in cultivating client relationships, assessing needs, and recommending solutions
Strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration
Results-driven mindset with client interests in a complex, fast-paced environment
Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously
Learns and adapts to new technology or applications
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience
