Susquehanna is hiring a software developer for our Strategy Development team. This is a computationally intensive role that will allow you to utilize both your data analysis and technology skills. Be the expert on specific strategies and exchanges that you are responsible for in the equity and derivatives markets. Collaborate with quants and traders to add new features and enhance existing strategies. Your contributions toward developing and supporting leading-edge hardware and software technologies make a firm-wide impact. Collaboration: You will partner closely with our Strategy Developers and Quantitative Researchers to translate complex trading problems into scalable and highly performant hardware solutions. Growth: We look for people who are naturally curious, relentless problem solvers, and have the desire to continuously innovate, learn, and grow, even if they do not have prior industry experience in proprietary trading or financial services. Benefits: Susquehanna offers a wide array of competitive employee perks and benefits. What we\'re looking for
Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related discipline, or its foreign equivalent, plus 7 years of progressive experience developing software applications.
