Overview
This position serves as the Special Projects Specialist for the Core Technology Division (CTD). CTD oversees development, requirements gathering, testing, communication, and implementation related to key applications such as the Customer and Automotive Records System (CARS) and CXone.
The role supports special projects and assignments, facilitating development of processes, ensuring team members use available tools, and tracking and analyzing KPIs.
Responsibilities
Provide essential project support for special projects and assignments.
Facilitate development and implementation of processes and tools.
Track and analyze key performance indicators to measure effectiveness.
Assist in smooth preparation and execution of projects.
Education Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major.
Experience
Four years of professional experience, including two years at the experienced (P11) level or one year at the advanced (12) level.

2 years of Department of State Branch Supervisor 11, 12 or 13 experience with a bachelor's degree
2 years of Departmental Supervisor 11 experience with a bachelor's degree
1 year of Departmental Supervisor 12, 13, or 14 experience with a bachelor's degree
4 years of Department of State Branch Supervisor 11, 12 or 13 experience with a high school diploma or equivalent
4 years of Departmental Supervisor 11 experience with a high school diploma or equivalent
3 years of Departmental Supervisor 12, 13, or 14 experience with a high school diploma or equivalent
